To use Appeonix OS, you must:

• Have the authority to manage the connected Meta Business account.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3. Meta Integration

Appeonix OS accesses Meta services only after receiving your explicit authorization. You remain solely responsible for all advertising activities, campaigns, budgets, and account actions performed through your Meta account.

4. AI Recommendations

AI-generated recommendations, insights, audience suggestions, and advertising copy are provided for informational purposes only.

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or using it.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform.
• Violate Meta's policies or applicable laws.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or user account.
• Use the service for fraudulent or illegal activities.

6. Payments

Certain features of Appeonix OS may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, branding, trademarks, interfaces, designs, documentation, and content associated with Appeonix OS remain the intellectual property of Appeonix Creative Lab unless otherwise stated.

8. Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to Appeonix OS. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Appeonix OS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Appeonix Creative Lab shall not be liable for advertising performance, Meta account restrictions or suspensions, data loss, business interruption, or financial losses resulting from the use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable laws.

Users may discontinue using Appeonix OS at any time.

11. Privacy

Your use of Appeonix OS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Appeonix OS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thrissur, Kerala, India.
